How arrogant we as humans must be to think that we could have even the slightest impact on our planet. Mother nature is a juggernaut, and although we may be able to scratch the surface of this big blue marble, I doubt we have the ability nor the power to make any significant change in its long term climate patterns.
One thing that is absolutely certain, however, is that every crisis will have a tax associated with it, so the governments love to have their crisis every decade to renew the fear and tax the hell out of the working middle classes.

Essentially, the earth goes through phases, as does most of nature.
These Phases are called Milankovitch (Orbital) Cycles and variations in solar radiation cause earths temperature swings 1000’s of years. Humans are no doubt polluting the planet….but we have if we have any affect at all on the climate, it is minuscule at best.
